Xtreme Cleanz came out and pressure washed my driveway, stairs, sidewalk, back patio, and retaining wall and it looks awesome!! After living in my house for right at 15 years and seeing my roof getting darker with dirt, algae and fungus, I did some research on what aids in the life of shingles and found out it is best to keep shingles clean from debris. I did a lot of cost comparisons and used Xtreme Cleanz who is by far the BEST for the $ and it actually did not cost that much. Every other company wanted $1,000 or higher for a 27 sqft home! Jonathan is a licensed and insured roof cleaner. He guarantees his work for two years. Jon is also a Birmingham Firefighter. He cleaned my roof today (took about 2.5 hours) and it looks like new, but he said it would lighten up even more after a good rain. I highly recommend this company.read more

This is the second time they have cleaned my house and decks. The first time was 4 years ago. This time he also cleaned my roof and shed. My house had green mold on it and my decks had a lot of black and green mold in the wood. I am always amazed at how great everything looks when "Tank" is done. He will always be the one to clean my house, decks, etc. for as long as I own one. He was on time, service was great and I think the prices are more than "xtremely" reasonable. Won't find a better job anywhere in the Birmingham area.read more
